We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SAP Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive our SAP solutions' growth and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP products and services, experience in lead generation, and the ability to convert opportunities into successful client engagements.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for SAP services and solutions.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and propose SAP offerings accordingly.
Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to prepare client proposals and presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target organizations.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a quarterly and annual basis.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP products, trends, and competitor activity.
Attend industry events and network to promote SAP services.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in SAP solution selling or IT sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Willingness to travel as needed.
Prior experience working with SAP partners or implementation firms.
Certification in SAP sales or SAP product knowledge is a plus.
MBA or equivalent business qualification
