You will drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new and existing business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, web research, digital resources, and conferences.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead nurturing to closing deals.
- Respond to client RFPs and manage follow-up communications to address technical or business questions.
- Maintain accurate prospect databases and sales pipelines within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with leadership on sales planning, forecasting, and meeting quarterly or annual goals.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven experience in international IT sales.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, CRM tools, and Excel.
- Experience managing and leading a team for Senior BDE roles.
- Ability to use a consultative approach to assess and prioritize client requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working with client portals.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
- Any Graduate degree.
