You will drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new and existing business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, web research, digital resources, and conferences.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead nurturing to closing deals.
  • Respond to client RFPs and manage follow-up communications to address technical or business questions.
  • Maintain accurate prospect databases and sales pipelines within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales planning, forecasting, and meeting quarterly or annual goals.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven experience in international IT sales.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, CRM tools, and Excel.
  • Experience managing and leading a team for Senior BDE roles.
  • Ability to use a consultative approach to assess and prioritize client requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working with client portals.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Any Graduate degree.
