Description

Manage the marketing and placement of IT Bench Consultants across H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, and CPT visa statuses. Drive end-to-end sales processes to minimize turnaround time for consultants.

Responsibilities

• Market IT consultants to Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients to secure placements.
• Build and lead a recruitment team through training, motivation, and setting performance challenges.
• Source job requirements via portals including Dice, Monster, Careerbuilder, Indeed, Simplyhired, and Techfetch.
• Negotiate rates, manage interview schedules, and close deals on Corp-to-Corp, W2, and 1099 bases.
• Maintain lead databases and submission trackers to ensure organized pipeline management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing and Bench Sales marketing.
• Proven track record in Team Management and building recruitment teams.
• Extensive network of contacts within the US IT Staffing market.
• Expertise in Sales Management and end-to-end Sales Processes.
• Proficiency in Direct Sales and Business Planning.
• Skilled in candidate screening and evaluation based on US recruitment standards.
• Ability to utilize data mining, networking, and research for lead generation.
• Strong pattern recognition skills for matching profiles to requirements.
• Experience using LinkedIn for vendor and partner relationship building.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting daily team status calls and weekly management reviews.
