Description

Manage the full lifecycle of bench sales recruitment for various technology stacks. Develop and maintain extensive client and vendor networks. Meet regular placement targets while handling candidates with diverse visa statuses.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete bench sales recruitment lifecycle.
• Work directly with Prime Vendors and White vendors.
• Handle candidates with OPT, CPT, H1B, H1 Transfers, EAD, Green Card, and US citizenship.
• Meet regular placement targets.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in bench sales.
• Deep knowledge of US tax terms including W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C).
• Expertise in full cycle bench sales recruitment.
• Experience working with OPT, CPT, H1B, H1 Transfers, EAD, Green Card, and US citizens.
• Proven track record working with Prime Vendors and White vendors.
• Ability to work US shift hours (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
