Description

Manage US IT bench sales operations and candidate placement for technical roles. You will handle the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer, focusing on visa categories including H-1B, OPT, GC, and EAD.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors and recruiters to identify job openings and position bench candidates.
• Position candidates using industry portals, tools, and LinkedIn.
• Screen applicants for technical competency and arrange telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
• Perform background and reference checks, including thorough resume and LinkedIn reviews.
• Maintain daily status reports and manage the recruitment process for mentorship programs in Java, JEE, AWS, DevOps, Data Science, Business Analysts, and QA.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales operations.
• Proven track record in positioning bench candidates via industry portals.
• Experience recruiting across various visa categories including USC, GC, EAD, and OPT.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as CEIPAL.
• Understanding of technical skillsets including Java, JEE, AWS, DevOps, Data Science, Business Analysts, and QA.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work EST hours (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Human Resources.
