Description

Manage the marketing and placement of bench consultants within the US IT market.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants across various visa types including H1 Transfer, OPT, CPT, F1, L1, GC, and US Citizen.
• Interact with clients and vendors to secure job requirements for available consultants.
• Submit eligible resumes to tier one vendors, tier two vendors, and end clients.
• Coordinate and schedule in-person and telephonic interviews between candidates and clients.
• Communicate daily with consultants regarding submission status, interview updates, and deal closures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US IT Bench Marketing or Sales.
• Deep understanding of US visa types: H1 Transfer, OPT, CPT, F1, L1, GC, and US Citizen.
• Proven track record in US IT Bench Marketing and Sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and vendor interaction.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from submission to final closing.
• Ability to manage relationships with tier one and tier two vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
