You will source, screen, and present IT candidates for US market clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen IT candidates using internal databases, job portals, and professional networks.
• Analyze client requirements to identify suitable technical resource matches.
• Edit and format technical resumes to ensure visual and technical consistency for client presentation.
• Maintain detailed candidate databases and manage all follow-up documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or sales.
• Proven knowledge of sales processes for the US market.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with technical roles including DevOps, Data Scientists, .NET, Java, Web, SQL, and Python.
• Ability to work in an office setting in Banasthali, Kathmandu.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent education.

Preferred Skills

• Additional IT industry experience specifically within the US market.
