Description

You manage the full lifecycle of placing IT consultants on the bench with suitable clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential IT candidates currently on the bench.
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates to meet specific client requirements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with consultants and vendors.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with vendors and clients.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in US IT bench sales recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
• Experience managing and negotiating with vendors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills to close placement deals.
• Familiarity with various job boards and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work US EST hours (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST).
