Description

You manage the end-to-end US IT bench marketing process from the Bengaluru office.

Responsibilities

• Execute the bench marketing process by identifying and submitting consultants to suitable requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding new Tier-one vendors and maintaining existing ones.
• Coordinate with consultants to update resumes, negotiate rates, and track interview progress through post-interview follow-ups.
• Post resumes on job portals such as Dice, Monster, and various social networking sites.
• Maintain daily and weekly status tracking using Microsoft Excel.

Required Skills

• 3 to 4 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Marketing.
• Profound knowledge of the Bench Sales process.
• Solid understanding of US visas including H1B, TN, GC, USC, and EAD.
• Proven track record of working with Tier-one vendors.
• Proficiency in IT Recruitment, Marketing, and Sales.
• Experience with Vendor Management and Social Networking for recruitment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage status tracking via Microsoft Excel.
