Description

You manage the end-to-end placement process for consultants on a night shift.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with vendors and clients to present candidate hotlists for project placements.
• Manage rate negotiations, RTR, RCs, and submissions.
• Execute C2C job applications across all major job portals.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback, and manage consultant closures.
• Track consultant progress, timesheets, and coordinate with internal accounting teams.

Required Skills

• Experience with rate negotiations and RTR.
• Proven ability to assist consultants through the submission and placement lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday on a night shift.
• Must be a graduate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience meeting daily submission targets and placement quotas.
• Ability to oversee background verification, reference checks, and joining formalities.
