Description

You will manage the full cycle of US IT bench sales recruitment, from sourcing job requirements to placing consultants.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, and clients.
• Identifying needs for bench consultants and securing project placements.
• Posting resumes on job portals including Dice, Benchinfo, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Negotiating rates and following up on interview schedules to secure placements.
• Maintaining regular follow-ups on submissions and interpersonal relations with clients.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of genuine experience in US IT Bench Sales.
• Full-cycle recruitment management experience.
• Proficiency with job portals: Dice, Benchinfo, Monster, CareerBuilder.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Social media sourcing capabilities.
• Ability to negotiate rates and manage vendor calls.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and vendor relations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume submission environment.
