Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in US Bench Sales recruitment or IT recruitment.
• Deep understanding of the IT market and staffing industry trends.
• Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
• Strong knowledge of US geography.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Experience in direct client and vendor management.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
