Description
You will manage the full cycle of bench sales recruitment for consultants.
Responsibilities
- Market bench consultant profiles by searching, qualifying, and scheduling interviews.
- Negotiate rates and close placements for various positions.
- Source requirements from Prime Vendors and job portals including Dice, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain daily and weekly activity logs using MS Excel.
- Manage candidates working under OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card, and US citizenship status.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment.
- Proven experience handling the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Deep knowledge of US tax terms including W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C).
- Proficiency in using Dice, Indeed, and LinkedIn for requirement sourcing.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage status tracking via MS Excel.
- Any Graduate degree.
