Manage the full cycle of bench sales recruitment for US IT staffing and consulting. Source requirements from prime vendors, vendors, and clients. Submit bench consultants for open roles and negotiate optimal rates. Manage interview schedules and follow up through to placement. Maintain regular interaction with bench consultants to identify project needs. Utilize job portals and networking methods to identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, and clients.
• Submit bench consultants for open roles and negotiate optimal rates.
• Manage interview schedules and follow up through to placement.
• Maintain regular interaction with bench consultants to identify project needs.
• Utilize job portals and networking methods to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills

• 3-10 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
• Deep understanding of US tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Experience managing various visa types including OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, and Green Card.
• Proven ability to source via Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Established rapport and database of Tier 1 vendors and clients.
• Strong negotiation skills for hourly pay rates and contract terms.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work the night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
