You will manage the full cycle of bench sales recruitment for various IT technologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete bench sales recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain active client and vendor networks.
- Work directly with prime vendors and white vendors.
- Meet established placement targets on a regular basis.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Bench Sales and IT Recruitment.
- Deep understanding of US tax terms including W2, 1099, and Corp2Corp.
- Experience working with OPT, CPT, H1B, EAAD, Green Card, and US Citizen profiles.
- Proven track record of working with Prime Vendors and White Vendors.
- Ability to recruit across all technology stacks.
