Description

You will manage the full cycle of bench sales recruitment for various IT technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete bench sales recruitment lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain active client and vendor networks.
  • Work directly with prime vendors and white vendors.
  • Meet established placement targets on a regular basis.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Bench Sales and IT Recruitment.
  • Deep understanding of US tax terms including W2, 1099, and Corp2Corp.
  • Experience working with OPT, CPT, H1B, EAAD, Green Card, and US Citizen profiles.
  • Proven track record of working with Prime Vendors and White Vendors.
  • Ability to recruit across all technology stacks.
