Description

You will lead junior recruiters and manage the full IT bench sales cycle, from candidate submission to deal closure. You will negotiate rates with vendors and clients while ensuring compliance with US work authorization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior bench sales recruiters to maximize team output.
• Post consultant resumes on Dice, Monster, and social networking portals.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to secure the best margins.
• Track submissions, manage follow-ups, and maintain daily business trackers.
• Prepare consultants for end-client interviews and coordinate schedules.

Required Skills

• 2 to 6 years of experience in IT Bench Sales.
• Proven experience with C2C hiring processes.
• Deep knowledge of US work authorizations: US Citizens, GC, H1B, EAD, and OPT.
• Ability to gather requirements from Tier-1 vendors and job portals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience submitting consultants and confirming rates.
• Ability to lead a team of junior recruiters and freshers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in night shift operations (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
• Background in managing high-volume submission pipelines.
