Description
You will manage the end-to-end bench sales process for US IT consultants, focusing on direct client acquisition and vendor management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact prime vendors and staffing agencies to market available consultants.
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors to maximize billability and margin.
- Manage the full sales cycle from resume submission to contract negotiation and offer acceptance.
- Maintain and update the hotlist to ensure accurate availability and skill sets of consultants.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align candidate profiles with market demand.
Required Skills
- 3-8 years of experience in bench sales or direct client recruitment for US IT roles.
- Proven track record of selling consultants on W2 and C2C models.
- Deep understanding of US visa requirements (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT) and transfer processes.
- Strong network with prime vendors and staffing firms.
- Ability to read and write resumes for technical profiles.
- Experience using ATS and database management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
