Description

You will manage the placement of bench consultants during night shifts (7 pm to 4 am IST) from the Begumpet office in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants and maintain an active bench list.
• Place candidates with H1B, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, and USC statuses.
• Develop relationships with Tier 1 vendors to secure new requirements.
• Update resumes to match specific requirements and submit them to vendors.
• Perform cold calling and update resumes across all job boards.

Required Skills

• 3 to 8 years of experience in bench sales recruitment.
• Proven expertise placing H1B, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, and USC consultants.
• Experience managing Tier 1 vendor relationships.
• Ability to work on-site in Begumpet, Hyderabad.
• Proficiency in database management and cold calling.
• Any Graduate degree.
