Description

Manage the end-to-end bench sales process for US IT consultants.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants to confirm availability and suitability before vendor submission.
• Post resumes and company hotlists on job portals including Dice and Monster, and social networking platforms.
• Submit consultant profiles to suitable job postings across all relevant portals.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors while managing requirements for direct clients and VMS-based systems.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in US Staffing as a Recruiter.
• Knowledge of H1Bs, TNs, GCs, USCs, and EADs.
• Proven track record of monthly closures.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Job-Diva, Dice, or Monster.
• Ability to work US shifts (EST, CST, or PST).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with US Citizens, GC holders, and EADs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with full-time recruitment.
• Sourcing experience within the Semiconductor or Engineering industries.
