You will manage bench sales operations during EST business hours.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily sales activities within the 9AM EST to 6PM EST window.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate availability and placements.
• Utilize standard office tools to track recruitment workflows.
• Manage bench sales operations to ensure consistent candidate placement.
• Adhere to the specified shift schedule for all operational tasks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in bench sales recruitment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for documentation and correspondence.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to work the 9AM EST to 6PM EST shift consistently.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
• Experience in recruitment workflow tracking.
