Manage the marketing and placement of bench candidates within the US IT staffing market.

Responsibilities

• Market bench candidates to potential clients and negotiate contract terms.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates to ensure timely placements.
• Develop and manage relationships with vendors and clients in the US market.
• Coordinate with legal teams to manage work authorization and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in US IT bench sales.
• Deep understanding of the US IT staffing industry.
• Knowledge of US tax terms and various visa types.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
