Description

Manage candidate pipelines and execute recruitment workflows to meet weekly volume targets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for upcoming positions.
• Conduct candidate interviews via phone or in-person.
• Qualify or reject applicants based on resume reviews and interview feedback.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
• Meet weekly quotas for calls and email outreach.

Required Skills

• Proven ability to meet specific outreach and engagement quotas.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience maintaining and developing candidate pipelines.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment workflows.
