Responsibilities

• Execute bench sales strategies to place consultants in contract positions.
• Manage candidate profiles and coordinate marketing activities to increase visibility.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners to secure placements.
• Track sales pipelines and maintain accurate records of candidate availability.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Bench Sales.
• Proven track record in IT recruitment or sales.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing market.
• Ability to work on-site in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
