Description

Manage end-to-end bench sales operations and recruitment processes for consultants.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales lifecycle for bench consultants from submission to placement.
• Oversee account management to maintain and grow client relationships.
• Coordinate the submission, tracking, and marketing of candidate profiles.
• Monitor EAD status and ensure compliance for all placed consultants.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in bench sales or recruitment management.
• Proven expertise in sales processes and direct sales execution.
• Direct experience with account management and client relations.
• Strong understanding of EAD documentation, tracking, and legal requirements.
• Proficiency in managing and marketing candidate profiles to clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
