Description

You will manage the placement of bench consultants by identifying client opportunities and negotiating contract terms within the US market.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients requiring staffing services.
• Match bench professionals to specific client job requirements and negotiate contract rates.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to expand business reach.
• Manage all necessary paperwork and compliance, including visa, immigration, and background check requirements.
• Collaborate with consultants to document their skills, experience, and availability.

Required Skills

• 0 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or sales.
• Strong understanding of the US IT market.
• Experience with sourcing and requirements acquiring.
• Knowledge of US IT Sales processes.
• Familiarity with human resources functions.
• Ability to work the US - EST time zone.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
