Bench Sales Recruiter

You will manage the placement of IT professionals for client projects during night shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Source IT professionals to meet specific client project requirements.
• Maintain a qualified bench of available candidates.
• Promote candidate profiles to potential clients.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors and consultants.
• Generate reports and provide placement insights.
