Description

You will manage bench sales operations for software consultants, covering the full lifecycle from marketing to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Market available software consultants to potential clients and vendors.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle for bench candidates.
• Maintain relationships with prime vendors and implementation partners.
• Coordinate placement processes to ensure successful candidate deployments.

Required Skills

• 2 to 6 years of experience in Bench Sales.
• Deep understanding of various software technologies.
• Proven track record in consultant marketing and placement.
• Ability to work the 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST shift.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
