Manage bench sales operations and place consultants during night shifts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute bench sales processes to place consultants effectively.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate placements.
• Manage recruitment workflows during the 6:30pm to 3:30am shift.
• Attend face-to-face interviews as required.

Required Skills

• 1 to 8 years of experience in recruitment or bench sales.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Uppal, Hyderabad.
• Availability for night shift hours (6:30pm - 3:30am).
