• Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment from identification to placement.

• Maintain direct communication with both clients and candidates.
• Organize daily workflows to ensure effective candidate placement.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in sales recruitment.
• Proven expertise in full-life cycle recruiting.
• Experience in account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently or within a team structure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the IT or software development industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
