Description

Manage the marketing and placement of bench consultants within the US IT staffing market.

Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants across visa statuses including H1B Transfer, OPT, CPT, F1, L1, GC, and US Citizenship.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
• Generate new leads through cold calling and sourcing requirements via Monster, Dice, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Format resumes to meet client requirements and articulate consultant profiles clearly.
• Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle from initial submission and interview scheduling to final placement and closing.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in a sales role.
• Proven ability to market consultants across various US visa categories.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and candidate interaction.
• Experience using job boards including Monster, Dice, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to build and leverage a database of vendor and client contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating daily updates with consultants on submission and interview statuses.
