Description

You will bridge business objectives with functional requirements through detailed analysis and system implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Interpret state regulations to develop specific benefit configuration requirements.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on benefit configurations and various systems.
• Analyze user requirements and procedures to identify process improvements and implementation barriers.
• Coordinate with business units to develop and deliver training programs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products to ensure operational performance.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of business process or data analysis experience.
• Ability to perform claims research and root cause analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Ability to read and interpret clinical or state policies and bulletins regarding service coverage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Amisys claims or claims configuration.
• Experience in Benefits Configuration.
