Description

You will own the coordination of benefits administration technology, vendor relationships, and system integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with benefits administration vendors.
• Support benefits technology implementations and drive process improvements.
• Manage vendor SLAs, KPIs, and track performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving HR, IT, Payroll, and Operations.
• Support EDI integrations between HRIS, payroll, and carrier systems.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years experience with benefits administration or HR technology projects.
• Knowledge of HRIS and payroll integrations.
• Proficiency in EDI processes.
• Experience with UAT and quality assurance activities.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Experience participating in benefits-related RFPs.
• Familiarity with API usage.
