Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Reporting

 Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI

 Analyse QNXT data, including claims, eligibility, provider, and membership datasets, to

generate actionable business insights.

 Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation using Snowflake

and SQL.

 Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.

 Translate business requirements into meaningful reports and visualisations for

stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Insights

 Create and manage reporting datasets and analytical data models within Snowflake.

 Monitor key business and operational metrics and provide recommendations based on

data findings.

 Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems.

 Support root-cause analysis and data quality initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

 Partner with business users, operations teams, and data engineers to understand

reporting requirements.

 Present findings and insights to leadership and business stakeholders.

 Support strategic initiatives through reporting and analytical recommendations.

Required Skills

 4–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.

 Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Platform.

 Experience working with QNXT healthcare data (Claims, Membership, Provider,

Eligibility).

 Advanced SQL skills for querying, analysis, and data validation.

 Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools.

 Strong data reconciliation, reporting, and analytical capabilities.

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

 Exposure to AWS services such as S3 and Glue.

 Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.

 Understanding of healthcare payer or managed care business processes.

 Experience working with large-scale datasets and data warehouses
