Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to visualize insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations supporting strategic objectives and risk mitigation.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Power BI and Tableau.
• Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings simply to non-technical audiences.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and compliance standards.
