Description

We are looking for a self-sufficient BI Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Power BI, data modeling, Power Query, and DAX to support and enhance enterprise reporting solutions.
The ideal candidate should be analytical, proactive, comfortable working independently, and interested in using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude to accelerate reporting, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on Power BI experience
Power BI data modeling, Power Query, and DAX
Report/dashboard development and maintenance
Power BI performance optimization
Data analysis across multiple systems and business domains
Data quality, refresh monitoring, and troubleshooting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly understand complex datasets and business processes
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a small, collaborative team
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar AI tools
