Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for reports and dashboards.
• Design and develop visually appealing and intuitive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Provide ongoing support to business users by addressing reporting needs and ensuring outputs meet expectations.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues in reports and dashboards.
• Validate and cross-check data sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Work closely with data architects to ensure data infrastructure supports reporting and analytics requirements.
• Optimize report performance through efficient data modeling and visualization practices.
• Document report specifications, methodologies, and testing procedures to ensure consistency and reproducibility.
• Ensure standardization and uniformity of dashboards across departments.
• Support continuous improvement of BI reporting processes and analytics delivery.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Power BI report and dashboard design and development.
• Hands-on experience in ETL processes to ensure structured and reliable data for reporting.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into meaningful BI solutions.
• Experience validating, cleaning, and ensuring accuracy of data sources for reporting.
• Strong understanding of report development lifecycle including design, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to optimize dashboard and report performance using best practices.
• Experience working with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in documentation of report specifications, data logic, and testing procedures.
• Ability to support end users and resolve reporting issues effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MySQL for data extraction and querying.
• Strong analytical and business intelligence skills.
• Experience in advanced reporting and analytics use cases.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
