Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports while managing ETL processes and ensuring data accuracy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional BI solutions and visualizations.
• Design and build intuitive, high-performance reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Manage ETL workflows to ensure structured, reliable data for reporting and analytics.
• Validate, clean, and cross-check data sources to guarantee consistency and accuracy.
• Document report specifications, data logic, and testing procedures to ensure reproducibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI report and dashboard design and development.
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL processes and data modeling.
• Proficiency in MySQL for data extraction and querying.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively.
• Experience optimizing dashboard performance and troubleshooting end-user issues.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for data validation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced reporting and complex analytics use cases.
