Description

You build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch to drive executive and self-service decision-making for sales and inventory data.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI reports from scratch, translating raw sales and inventory data into clear, decision-ready visualizations.
• Manage relational data structures and stitch disparate datasets together to support accurate reporting.
• Support the integration of Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics CRM (CE) data into cohesive Power BI reports.
• Assist with the migration of existing reports from Azure Synapse to Microsoft Fabric, including testing and validation.
• Reduce reporting lag and ad-hoc request proliferation by delivering reliable, centralized reporting solutions.

Required Skills

• 2–3+ years building Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch.
• Strong data visualization instincts for executive and self-service audiences.
• Working knowledge of relational data structures and data modeling.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CE) and understanding its table structures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft/Azure ecosystem services (Synapse, Fabric, Azure data services).
• SQL proficiency for data extraction and transformation.
• 5+ years total professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Background in manufacturing or distribution industries.
• Experience with Power Automate.
