You will drive data-driven decision-making through analysis, metric design, and data warehouse management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute analyses to address problem statements and measure current state performance.
• Design new metrics and enhance existing ones to support evolving business processes.
• Validate data flows between disparate sources and collaborate with data owners to close gaps.
• Design and deploy a data warehouse to consolidate analyst tasks into efficient tables.
• Improve dashboard usability by working directly with end users to expose new data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Proven ability to develop, manage, and execute complex analyses.
• Experience managing BI initiatives and work programs.
• Competency in performing QA audits to ensure data integrity.
• Experience working with disparate data sources and engineering teams.
• Ability to design and deploy data warehouse structures.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
