You will build and maintain data models, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of data trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Operations, Marketing, and Sales to deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Work with IT, the BI Manager, and Data Engineers to ensure data accuracy and pipeline symmetry.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and data interpretation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role.
• 2+ years of proven expertise using Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in analytics, engineering, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Strong data analysis skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
