Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver data-driven insights using MicroStrategy and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to define technical specifications.
• Manage MicroStrategy reporting, including running reports and validating data accuracy.
• Verify business functionalities within reporting tools and communicate findings directly to customers.
• Work directly with business teams to clarify terms and ensure alignment on project requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a data warehousing environment.
• 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role working with business stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience with MicroStrategy reporting and data validation.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical requirements to non-technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Teradata.
