Description

You will design and maintain BI reporting and data modules for the organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build advanced SQL queries against relational databases and data warehouses.
• Translate business needs into measurable KPIs, metrics, and analytic solutions.
• Validate data accuracy and manage report security and access controls.
• Apply visualization best practices to create clear, effective dashboards.
• Support report migration, version control, and BI governance adherence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Strong, hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics (Authoring, Dashboards, Data Modules).
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases and dimensional models.
• Experience with ETL processes or data preparation.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Cognos Framework Manager experience.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
