Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced BI Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Tableau and Snowflake to support enterprise-level analytics and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with business stakeholders, translating requirements into insights, and delivering high-quality dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
Perform data analysis and data validation using Snowflake
Write and optimize SQL queries for large datasets
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and convert them into BI solutions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports
Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests
Collaborate with data engineers and other BI team members
Participate in design reviews and provide analytical recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a BI Analyst / Data Analyst
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop, Server)
Solid experience with Snowflake data warehouse
Advanced SQL skills
Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts
Experience working with large, complex datasets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
Financial or enterprise domain experience
