Description

Own the end-to-end analytics architecture and machine learning solutions for large-scale BPO operational data.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design data models and Python-based ETL pipelines to optimize storage, retrieval, and processing efficiency for complex BPO workflows.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models to predict volume, effort, and risk indicators for capacity planning and service level optimization.
• Build interactive Tableau dashboards and Power BI reports that unify multiple data sources for executive reporting and continuous improvement.
• Validate data accuracy through systematic checks, reconciliation routines, and exception handling to ensure trust in analytical outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical problems and drive adoption of self-service analytics.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or related technical roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, automation, and ML integration.
• Advanced capability in Tableau for designing scalable dashboards, calculating custom metrics, and visual storytelling.
• Solid experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX measures, refresh cycle optimization, and workspace management.
• Deep understanding of data governance, master data management, data lineage, and metadata documentation.
• Proven experience in BPO or operations analytics with exposure to service metrics, productivity indicators, and quality measures.
• Strong background in machine learning, including feature engineering, model evaluation, and production deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing query performance and reporting refresh schedules to minimize latency in hybrid work environments.
• Ability to document analytical approaches, data dictionaries, and workflow standards to support team onboarding and reuse.
