You will design and oversee the enterprise data lifecycle, balancing delivery speed with rigorous data quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and steward enterprise data lifecycle management, covering data quality, conversion, and security technologies.
• Lead cross-departmental teams involving ETL, BI, Data Warehouse, Java, and SOA developers.
• Translate business reporting requirements into efficient logical and physical data models.
• Manage database administration, performance tuning, workload management, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Create and maintain a multi-year vision to drive the maturity of enterprise data assets.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data architecture or business intelligence.
• Expertise in Data Warehouse design and implementation.
• Extensive experience with ETL processes and designing integration, extraction, and transformation processes.
• Proficiency with MicroStrategy and deep understanding of Business Intelligence frameworks.
• Experience managing complex applications in distributed computing environments.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Optimize database development through loading/unloading, external tables, table distribution, and query plan remediation.
• Monitor system performance KPIs and resource utilization for ETL and MicroStrategy workloads.
