Description

You will design, develop, and implement scalable Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and modern data platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions, including semantic models, dashboards, and paginated reports.
• Develop and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and data warehouses to support business decision-making.
• Lead large-scale report migrations and translate complex business needs into actionable data insights.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
• Mentor junior BI developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in BI, data architecture, or data analytics roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, semantic models, and Paginated Reports.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Proven experience with ETL tools (Talend, Informatica) and data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas).
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and large report migration strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google BigQuery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau and Python/R for data manipulation.
• Knowledge of BI DevOps practices (Git, ALM Toolkit, Tabular Editor).
• Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Fabric.
