Description

You will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end business intelligence and automation solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect Power BI solutions, including data modeling, DAX development, visualization, and performance optimization.
• Integrate Power BI with Power Apps and Power Automate to automate business process workflows.
• Design and implement scalable cloud-based data solutions using Azure Data Services.
• Build and manage enterprise-grade semantic models and dataflows within Microsoft Fabric.
• Define and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and lifecycle management.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in BI development.
• Expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, RLS, and deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for integrated solution building.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Analytics services: Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Experience building and managing solutions in Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouses, Data Activator, DirectLake).
• Deep understanding of data warehousing principles, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement translation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and/or Azure.
