Analyze data to drive business insights and inform decision-making.

You will own the data analysis lifecycle, from collection and organization to reporting and predictive modeling. You will build dashboards for executive leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend system modifications and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data from disparate sources for analysis.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and predictive insights.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for executive leadership detailing trends and predictions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and recommend system modifications.
• Develop and maintain documentation supporting data analysis processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with SQL Server and writing complex T-SQL queries.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including creating complex data pipelines.
• Coding skills in SQL and Python.
• Experience in data analysis using large datasets.
• Experience with statistical software such as SPSS.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with BI reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SSIS and SSAS/MDX queries.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with C#.
