Description

You will design and implement analytical dashboards to support strategic decision-making and business processes.

You will own the end-to-end dashboard lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering through to implementation. You will analyze data from disparate systems to form relationships and provide actionable management insights. You will consult with users and business leaders to define system scope, objectives, and technical requirements. You will act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders regarding dashboard best practices. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to mitigate risks and ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and build analytical dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Analyze data from disparate systems to identify relationships and insights.
• Consult with business leaders to define scope and technical requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert on dashboard best practices for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure delivery meets requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience creating analytical dashboards.
• Expertise in Tableau or other Business Intelligence (BI) analytics tools.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases such as Oracle.
• Experience in data visualization and data integrations.
• Ability to perform complex data analysis using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build working relationships across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IWMS software or Archibus.
• Background working with corporate real estate or information management teams.
