Description

Lead reporting projects and manage a small team of two people. You will own the end-to-end development of reporting solutions, from requirement gathering to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of reporting solutions by gathering, documenting, and approving business requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement complex data models and structured datasets to support business intelligence needs.
• Clean, preprocess, and organize data to ensure quality and usability for reporting purposes.
• Drive project progress and prioritize multiple concurrent workstreams to meet strict deadlines.
• Integrate new software and programs into existing data workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in an analytical position.
• Extensive experience with Power BI for dashboarding and reporting.
• 1-2 years of leadership or experience acting in a lead capacity.
• Strong data modeling and dataset creation skills.
• Proficiency in modern dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with data collection software and protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collect and organize data in a structured manner.
• Strong analytical ability.
